On Thursday, 2 February 2023, the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program at Bunda Mulia University held a Guest Lecture for students specializing in Entertainment & Leisure Management with the theme “Sustainable MICE Industry – The Tips & Tricks!”. This activity took place at The UBM Premiere Class Floor 2 UBM Ancol Campus which was attended by 38 students. Miss Liu Jenny who is the Finance & Operation Director at Groovy EO provides tips for success in facing the challenges of the development of the MICE industry in this digital era. His experience opens students’ insights about the importance of thinking creatively and never giving up even in difficult times, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
