External Training & Celebration of Bunda Mulia University Investment Gallery 10th Anniversary “Smart Investment With Motion Trade”

On Wednesday, October 25, 2023, the Excellent Community of Management (XCM) organized an External Training & Celebration of GI UBM’s 10th Anniversary with the theme “Smart Investment with Motion Trade.” The event was held onsite at Classroom 429, Universitas Bunda Mulia, from 11:30 AM to 2:20 PM WIB. At 11:30 AM, the event began with greetings from Wily Dozen and Silvani, the MCs, who guided the proceedings. It was followed by an opening speech from Mr. I Gusti Agung Musa Budidarma, S.E., M. Acc. Fin., PhD., the Head of the Management Study Program.

After the opening speech from the Head of the Management Study Program, the event continued with an extraordinary session led by Mrs. Zahra Nur Khadijah, the Investment Gallery Officer at MNC Sekuritas, who was the speaker for this training and celebration. During the presentation, Mrs. Zahra introduced herself briefly and welcomed the attendees. She then delivered the material, covering key points such as things to consider before making an investment, explaining the types of investors, and providing tips on selecting investment instruments. Additionally, Mrs. Zahra introduced a platform called “Motion Trade,” allowing participants to invest in stocks, mutual funds, and more. She also demonstrated how to use the Motion Trade application to the participants. After the presentation, the next session was a Q&A between the speaker and the participants, moderated by the MC. Following the Q&A, the event continued with the presentation of a token of appreciation to Mrs. Zahra Nur Khadijah, presented by Mr. I Gusti Agung Musa Budidarma, S.E., M. Acc. Fin., PhD.

After the exciting session with Mrs. Zahra, the next awaited session took place: the cutting of the rice cone (tumpeng) as a symbolic celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the Investment Gallery at Universitas Bunda Mulia. The rice cone cutting ceremony was represented by Mr. I Gusti Agung Musa Budidarma, S.E., M. Acc. Fin., PhD, the Head of the Management Study Program. Following this, a photo session was held with the lecturers of the Management Study Program: Mrs. Tannia, S.E., M.M., the Secretary of the Management Study Program, Mrs. Sophia Reni Susilo, S.E., M.M., the Secretary of the Management Study Program, and Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan, S.Par., M.M., the advisor of the Excellent Community of Management.

After the rice cone cutting ceremony, the event was concluded with the filling of attendance and questionnaires, followed by a photo session with all attendees. Not only that, the event was also closed with a shared meal session with the members of the Excellent Community of Management. It is hoped that through the successful execution of this training and celebration, all members of the Excellent Community of Management (XCM) will be able to improve their investment skills and strengthen the sense of togetherness and family among members.
