On Saturday, February 1, 2025, the Management Study Program organized a Community Service activity with the theme “Business Model Canvas.” This activity was held by the Management Study Program of Universitas Bunda Mulia at R1404 room – UBM Serpong Campus. Total of 15 students from SMA ABDI SISWA BINTARO attended the event.
The activity was met with enthusiasm by all participants. The event took place from 09:30 AM to 10:30 AM. This Community Service activity was led by the speakers, Mrs. Margareta, S.E., M.M., a lecturer at the Management Study Program of Serpong Campus, and Vincent Young, a student of the Management Study Program at Serpong Campus.
The material presented in this activity was about creating a framework used to design business strategies. This framework is called the Business Model Canvas. In simple terms, the definition of the Business Model Canvas is a management framework that simplifies the visualization of a business idea and its realization quickly.
After the material session was completed, the event continued with a Q&A session and presentations from each group regarding the business model canvas they designed. It is hoped that this event will provide the participants with valuable knowledge and practical understanding of business strategies.
